FRARE GALLANT was mandated to build 2 industrial buildings on Marien and Metropolitan East boulevards in Montreal.
Located on a 510,000 square foot lot, these 2 imposing structures are intended for multiple rentals and have been designed to meet the needs of commercial companies, with several garage doors, levelers and of course, a magnificent curtain wall facade. They notably house the companies Balcan, Messer, Breault and Loyal Express.
Finally, the exterior layout has been designed to accommodate workers, including 142 parking spaces, 40 bicycle spaces and charging stations for electric cars. More than 120 trees have also been planted to make the industrial environment even more lively.
