Context
Frare Gallant successfully completed the construction of the new distribution center, strategically located near Highway 440 in Laval, Quebec. This industrial project comprises an area of approximately 192,000 square feet.
The building hosts Yokohama Tire, a global leader in tire design and technology, which will use this distribution center to optimize supply to its dealers and customers. Thanks to its strategic location and modern facilities, this new distribution center will enable Yokohama Tire to effectively enhance its supply chain, thereby strengthening its ability to respond to market demands quickly and reliably.
