This large-scale project consisted of designing and building a brand new “Central Kitchen” type plant for Metro Richelieu Inc. (Adonis markets). The company needed new infrastructure to produce prepared meals, intended in particular for the bakery, pastry and meat departments of its supermarkets.
In addition to the various production areas designed to meet the strictest regulatory standards and requirements, the building includes raw material (frozen, refrigerated and dry) and finished product warehouses.
