Frare Gallant: Key Partner of VegPro International Inc. in its Construction Project

A significant achievement has been reached in our partnership with VegPro International Inc., with the official start of construction work.

Frare Gallant has been selected by the leading North American vegetable producer, alongside Laporte and Gobeil Dion & Associés, for the construction of their new greenhouse complex in Sherrington, Montérégie. The official launch of the various construction projects marks an important step forward in our shared commitment to sustainable agriculture and local food production.

Frare Gallant’s team will be responsible specifically for the design and construction of a new building spanning 58,885 square feet, which will house various lettuce packing and packaging operations.

With the construction of this complex, Vegpro International Inc. will be able to produce nearly 3.5 million kilograms of lettuce per year, thereby meeting the increasing demand for fresh, local products. This project will consolidate the company’s position in the market and meet consumers’ expectations for quality products.
