As part of its major expansion project, the managers of Collège Charles-Lemoyne selected FRARE GALLANT to manage its realization. The expansion and redevelopment of the College includes 12 new classrooms (4 on the ground floor and 8 on the upper floor), a new 300-seat cafeteria and a new sports complex including a triple gymnasium, a large fitness room and a multipurpose room. This major project was carried out while minimizing the impact on the school’s activities and according to the best value engineering practices.
